Our mission is to provide well-organized basketball training that will develop aspiring basketball officials through exceptional instructions to elevate and prepare them to achieve their highest goals.

Our vision is to provide quality training at all levels to basketball officials and prepare each for national and collegiate exposure; teach basketball mechanics and rules pursuant to National Federation of High School Rules; offer positive, passionate feedback that produces growth as an official; to impart the fundamental concepts of teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, accountability and be ethical, responsive, open, communicative, and well-organized basketball trainers.
